I experimented with a unique approach to my Red Velvet layered cake, utilizing Kerrygold Irish Butter in the cake and a mock Swiss Meringue buttercream, complemented by a cream cheese elixir to achieve the desired cream cheese flavor, resulting in a delicious cake with a delightfully smooth buttercream texture.

Saturday night was awesome. We had the honor catering my niece’s 16th Birthday Party! It was amazing! Appetizers- meatballs, wings (lemon pepper, hot and garlic parm) spinach dip, veggie and fruit cups. Main course chicken pasta and shrimp pasta w/garlic bread and salad!
