Need a healthy snack that is high in protein and fiber?

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of protein powder of your choice
1 cup of mixed nuts of your choice *optional*
1 cup organic shredded coconut
1 pkg of organic pitted medioal dated
1/2 pkg of organic Turkish apricots
1/2 cup of nut butter (I like organic almond butter)
1/2 cup of organic tahini
1/2 cup of chocolate chips *optional*
1/2 cup organic h**p hearts
1/2 cup organic flaxseeds
1/2 cup organic chia seeds
1/4 cup of organic cacao nibs
4 tbsp organic cocoa
2 tbsp organic cinnamon
1/4 cup of water
INSTRUCTIONS:
-In a large mixing bowl, add all dry ingredients except nuts.
-In a food processor or blender, chop nuts then add to the large bowl.
-Next place dates, apricots, and water to food processor or blend. Blend until mixture is a paste consistency. You may need to add a little more water.
-Add mixture to the large bowl.
-Lastly add the nut butter and tahini.
-Mix all ingredients until well mixed. If mixture is too dry, you may need to add more water, small amounts at a time, as the mixture should be gooey.
-Roll in desired size balls and refrigerate.

DAIRY-FREE
Ground Chicken, Cheese, & Bean Dip

Ingredients:
2 tbsp of avocado oil
½ of a red onion-diced
½ of a yellow onion- diced
½ of a tomato- diced
2- 8oz Trader Joe’s vegan cream cheese alternative
1 can-15.5oz of Trader Joe’s organic kidney- rinsed and drained
1lb of ground chicken
1/4 cup of water
garlic powder- about 1tsp
onion powder- about 1tsp
cumin powder- about 1tsp
smoked paprika- about 1tsp
chili powder- about 1tsp
turmeric powder- about 1tsp
nutritional yeast- about ¼ cup
salt- about ½tsp
pepper- about 1/2tsp

Instructions:
In medium pot heat avocado oil on med/high heat. Once oil is hot add ground chicken and all seasoning, cook for about 2-3 minutes. Next add diced onions and tomatoes, cook until ground chicken is ALMOST done. Add beans and continue to cook for about 1-2 minutes or until ground chicken is completely done. Lastly add cream cheese, nutritional yeast, and water. Stir until cream cheese is melted. Add additional seasoning if needed. Bon Appétit!

INGREDIENTS:
4 ears fresh corn, kernels cut off (about 3 cups), or frozen corn
½ cup green onions (green parts only) chopped
½ cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
1–2 cloves garlic, minced (1 to 2 teaspoons)
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
½ cup mayo
½ cup mexican crema
2 ounces feta cheese
Kosher salt, to taste
Chili powder, to taste
2 tbsp chili lime seasoning
Avocado oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Heat 2tbsp of avocado oil in a large nonstick skillet over high heat. Once the oil is hot and shimmering, add the corn kernels in a single layer. Sprinkle with salt. Let cook undisturbed for about 2 minutes until nicely charred on one side. Stir and continue to char more sides for a total of 8–10 minutes.
2. Transfer the charred corn to a large bowl and let cool. After corn has cooled add all ingredients and mix well.
3. Taste the salad and adjust seasoning as needed—add more salt, lime juice, or chili powder to suit your taste.

Ok guys please tell me why Almond Milk is simply Almonds and water BUT look at these ingredients!!!!! WHY is all that crap in there???? And one is organic smh.
Please read your labels and know what your putting in your body!
