Harwood Gold

Harwood Gold Speciality food producer, store, cafe & maple farm. Established 1898, 5th generation maple farm. Agrotourism experiences coming soon. šŸ

The Parsons farm has hugged the shores of Harwood Lake for over a century. One day in the late 1800's, George Parsons tapped the sturdy old maple tree that stood in the middle of a field west of the family farmhouse, rigged a brass hog kettle to a makeshift boom, and boiled the collected sap over an open fire. We are the fifth generation of the Parsons family, excited and honored to carry on the family tradition of making high-quality, pure maple syrup products on our beautiful farm.

Coffee, pastries, and a day waiting to be enjoyed.

Swing by Harwood Gold, grab your favorite coffee and a pastry (or two) to go, and head out to enjoy the day.

A walk by the water, a drive to see the fall colors, errands around town, or wherever the day takes youā€”everything is a little better with good coffee in hand.

Grab. Go. Enjoy.

If you know, you know.

Maple cream is one of those simple things that feels completely indulgentā€”made from pure maple syrup and whipped into the smoothest, creamiest spread.

Slather it on warm toast, biscuits, pancakes or waffles. Stir it into oatmeal. Add a spoonful to your coffee. Or, our personal favoriteā€¦ eat it straight from the jar.

Pure maple. Creamy perfection. Nothing complicatedā€”just really, really good.

Made for slow mornings, shared breakfasts, and moments that matter most.

Bottling up the good stuff. šŸ

Our pure maple syrup was made during those sweet spring days when the sap was flowingā€”and now weā€™re busy bottling it up and getting it ready for your table.

Every bottle starts right here on our family farm, carrying on a maple-making tradition thatā€™s been part of our family for five generations.

From our woods to your table.
