We’ve got another birthday this week! Happy happy birthday to the woman who keeps us all in line — our Operations Director, Sierra🥳

If there’s a system to be created, an SOP to be written, a recipe to be organized or a number to be crunched, she’s our girl. She keeps both the Market and Catering sides of the business moving, the kitchen on track and the rest of us (mostly 😂) organized.

She’s always looking ahead — thinking about what’s next for Harvest and when an idea pops up, chances are, she’s already got a spreadsheet for it. 📊😉

Best of all, she’s got the biggest smile and best laugh. She loves a good dance party, practicing yoga and, fun fact, once lived on a sailboat in the islands! ⛵️🌴 And let’s not forget about the creative ways she thinks up to kill fire ants. 😉 🐜

We love you Sierra! Thank you for keeping us organized, moving us forward and always making us laugh along the way. Here’s to another trip around the sun! 🥂💃✨

Weekly Bev: an “Orange Espresso” — the love affair between coffee and citrus goes way back. In Italian coffee culture, espresso has long been enjoyed with a lemon or orange peel, using the fragrant citrus oils to brighten and enhance the coffee. We’re taking that old-school pairing in a fresh direction: fresh orange juice, chilled water & espresso. Bright, bittersweet, and refreshingly simple all at the same time.
