Our cold brew and syrups are different from traditional cold brew and syrups. Mariam’s Brew has been carefully curated using research, calculations, testing different variables, experimentation, and tons of taste-testing with different family, friends, and coworkers. (Yes, you read that correctly - calculations + setting different variables + experimentation design. At least her engineering degree has been put to good use.) Our products are 🍉 friendly, use only real ingredients, and include no preservatives.

When I started Mariam's Brew, I never imagined where this little dream would take me.

Over the past couple of years, so many people have poured into this business—my family, friends, customers, and everyone who has stopped by a pop-up, placed an order, shared a post, or simply cheered me on. Every bit of support has meant more than you'll ever know.

As many of you know, I recently got married and moved to South Carolina. With that comes a new chapter—not just in life, but for Mariam's Brew, too.

We're taking a short pause while we get settled, but we'll be back in September, and I couldn't be more excited for what's ahead. There are new ideas brewing, exciting announcements to share, and I can't wait to bring you along for the journey.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing in this dream.

Throw back to our first pop-up shop that we hosted

There definitely were a lot of m̶i̶s̶t̶a̶k̶e̶s̶ learning opportunities that we used to better our pop-ups. Also rumor has it we may be adding a hot coffee option for live events (and eventually catering) 👀👀👀

Real story - Mariam loves vanilla (she's not a chocolate person unless it's really bitter or has orange) but hates the metallic/artificial aftertaste that comes with standard vanilla syrups.

Our vanilla syrup is made with real Madagascar vanilla beans and sure to be a staple on your coffee counter. 🤓
