16 Handles is looking for a motivated and dependable Management Trainee to join our team! This position is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow within the company and develop the skills needed to become a strong leader.

As a Management Trainee, you’ll learn the day-to-day operations of the store while working alongside management and the team. You’ll have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility, learn how to lead a shift, and develop the skills needed for future management opportunities.

This position is designed for someone who wants to grow with 16 Handles. As you learn the business and demonstrate strong leadership, there are opportunities to take on more responsibility and advance into Shift Lead and management positions.

Looking for a fun, fast-paced job? Join the 16 Handles team! We're looking for a reliable, energetic Opening Team Member to help get the store ready each day.

What you'll do:

* Clean and maintain frozen yogurt machines
* Prep and stock toppings
* Open the store and complete daily opening tasks
* Keep the store clean, organized, and guest-ready
* Help provide an awesome experience for every customer

What we're looking for:

* Must be 18 years or older
* Positive attitude and dependable
* Enjoys staying busy and working as part of a team

Schedule:

* Opening shifts starting around 11:00 AM
* Hours typically run into the late afternoon/early evening
