Matt and I know so many people are disappointed to see Captain’s close, especially because there aren’t many places around here just for kids. As a mom of 4 myself, I wholeheartedly wanted Captain’s to be “that place.”
The reality is, a business simply can’t survive on Saturdays and Sundays alone. We gave it a shot, we tried, and we can walk away knowing we gave it everything we could!♥️

To the families who consistently supported us, who came through our doors, booked parties, attended events, shared our posts, and continued showing up for us…THANK YOU. Your support never went unnoticed and we are incredibly grateful for every single one of you.

We also truly had the best management team around. They cared about Captain’s like it was their own and stood beside us through the good days and the hard ones. Along with our employees, they helped us create the fun, clean, family-friendly atmosphere we envisioned from the beginning.

Sometimes things simply don’t work out the way you hoped, but that doesn’t mean they weren’t worth trying.
We tried. We learned. We made memories. And we’re proud of what we created!

This chapter may be ending, but Matt and I are walking away grateful, proud, and excited for what’s ahead. Sometimes one door has to close for another one to open.♥️

We are seeking a buyer for the complete indoor playground equipment currently located inside Captain Holstein’s Family Entertainment Center.

Asking price: $125,000

An upfront deposit will be required to secure the purchase, and a legally binding purchase agreement will be prepared and signed by both parties. The remaining balance must be paid in full by December 1, 2026, before dismantling or removal begins.

Removal may begin on December 1, 2026, and must be completed within approximately 2–3 weeks at the most. The buyer will be fully responsible for dismantling, removing, and transporting all equipment.
