Light the candles and make a wish…Off Track Ice Cream is turning 7 YEARS OLD this month! Let’s celebrate and introduce the final flavor release of our Summer Series: BIRTHDAY CAKE BLONDIE!

We start the party by grinding down organic birthday cake cookies and blending them into our ice cream base to create a rich, cake-batter-flavored ice cream. Next, we fold all-natural rainbow sprinkles and chunks of housemade funfetti blondies into the ice cream for bursts of buttery cake goodness and a little crunch in every bite.

This colorful and festive flavor will leave you singing and dancing! All thanks to you wonderful folks who support our business, we get to say HAPPY 7TH BIRTHDAY, OFF TRACK!
