We’re Joseph Dalton Events, a husband-and-wife private chef and catering team. My husband, Joseph, is the Chef de Cuisine at Jasmine Porch at The Sanctuary and has nearly 20 years of culinary experience. I come from a background in catering and restaurant management, and together we started this business about a year and a half ago as a passion project alongside our full-time work in hospitality.

We specialize in intimate events and private dining — typically gatherings of 40 guests or fewer. From rehearsal dinners and in-home private chef experiences to pizza parties, buffet-style events, or curated multi-course meals, everything we do is customized to the client. We focus on fresh, local ingredients and menus designed around your preferences and vision.

We also offer custom meal delivery tailored to individual needs.
