Hello everyone, chef Charles here. I am going to start doing pop-ups again but will be moving around. Sorry about the late notice but the first two will be Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th from Noon to 4pm at Pinky and Clyde’s Arcade Bar. Saturday is kid’s day from Noon to 2pm. Just got done slicing some ribeye for the Picnic Cheesesteak Hoagie. We’re still running the crab cake sandwich, shrimp roll, pork confit sandwich, and pasta salad. As well as the regular menu. Don’t forget about the ham melt with broccoli and horseradish sauce, it’s kind of dropped off in sales since being added to the paper menu.

Pasta Salad with Rio Bertolini's Fresh Pasta Perciatelli, fresh mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, arugula, and marinated chicken tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette. I call this pasta salad “shift meal”. I have a hard time eating at work. It’s hot and being surrounded by food just makes it difficult. There was a time when I was working at Peninsula Grill in the morning five days a week and Wild Olive at night two to four nights a week. They were long brutal days and I rarely had time to eat between the shifts. So at Wild Olive I started putting together this refreshing, somewhat healthy meal from my favorite things on the line.
We are still running the Picnic Cheesesteak Hoagie and Crab Cake sandwich as well. We are at 4405 Spruill Avenue Thursday through Saturday from 11-8. It’s easier to spot us now with our new white picket fence. Sail shades and picnic tables coming soon.
