We shut down for a while because outdoor cooking was sweaty in this heat. I apologize for not communicating properly. August is over and it is stew season. Gumbo, Stews, soups and more is coming back. Since we are not in a location we will start at the farm mid September. Thank you. So glad to be ask to help supply some snack to the Battery Island Marsh Cleanup sponsored by the Charleston Waterkeepers and Taste of Gullah at the historic Beefield Community. People paint the boat and trash gets in the Marsh and the area is a backlog from other area so trash travel down stream.sign up on the link if you can not come donate some drinks , fruit, snacks. I had some important things going on in the last few weeks. So I apologies for the dissapearance. As we relaunch the Gullah Street Food side of things, under A-Taste Of-Gullah and Gumbo Machine by A Taste of Gullah. A friend of mines said can you deliver to Folly Beach. So I will do my best to make Wednesday food delivery on Folly Beach.But tomorrow is pick up at the Gilliard Farm at Battey Island Drive onbthe sde of the Barrel down the private road.We will be open 4:30 Tomorrow Dish is Authentic one pot meal. Gullah Jambalaya: This is a Okra and Shrimp Preloo with chicken , Sausage, Mussels and if I get some Crabs I will add Handpicked crab meat. Order ahead my number is 8435304242 and pick up only.
