FROM COAST TO COUNTRY!

between 4:30am alarms, powdered sugar everywhere, and bringing out little man Rocco into the world, the island has been pretty good to us. it’s bittersweet but we’ll packing up the doughnut truck and heading to pennsylvania to be closer to family.

we’re excited to bring our doughnuts to our hometown community; setting up shop in lancaster county, Pa.

folly locals: make sure you show some love to the new truck on the island, run by a retired law enforcement officer and his wife. good people keeping the beach supplied with doughnuts.

thank you for every good morning, every familiar face, and every “i’ll take a dozen.” folly will always feel like home to us! ❤️

UPDATE: the newest member of Island Acres Inc. is here! Rocco surprised us 5 weeks early, on 10/4. Both mom and little man are healthy and happy. We’re hoping to graduate from the special care nursery and have him home this week. 💙

to us, folly beach isn’t just where we sell doughnuts - it’s home, and it’s family. thank you for embracing Island Acres through our first summer season. we’ll be closed while i’m on maternity leave - carlo and i will truly miss sharing sweet treats with you on weekend mornings. time to add an extra set of tiny hands to the payroll!
