If you’ve ever stepped through our doors, chances are you’ve been greeted by Robyn’s warm welcome and signature smile.

For nearly five years, Robyn has been a familiar face at Merc, bringing positivity, kindness, and a little extra joy to every shift. As our Lead Barista, she helps guide our team and creates the welcoming atmosphere our guests know and love.

What she loves most about being part of the Merc family? The people. From catching up with familiar faces to meeting someone new, Robyn loves the connections made over a cup of coffee and the friendships built along the way.

Her go-to orders? The Salted Maple Latte and Breakfast Wrap. When she’s not behind the bar, you can find her spending time with her son, usually somewhere near the water.
