Let’s address the elephant in the room.
First and foremost, I’m truly grateful for every review and every piece of feedback good or bad. We see most of it, and while we know there’s always room to improve, we never let criticism change how we treat our customers.
The truth is, we serve between 1,500 and 1,700 plates every week out of a very small kitchen. We understand that everyone has different expectations when it comes to food, and we may not be for everybody and that’s okay. At the same time, we’re blessed to have masses of people who continue to support us week after week.
What I do know is this: I’m going to keep chasing my dream. I’m going to keep cooking, learning, and getting better every day.
To our loyal customers and everyone giving us a chance for the first time, thank you. Your patience means more than you know. Keeping up with this kind of volume in our current kitchen is no small task. We simply don’t have the space right now. Even if we added more employees, we wouldn’t have enough room for them to work comfortably.
This is just a season. One day we’ll grow into the full restaurant we’ve been working toward. Until then, we’re going to keep serving the best food we know how, keep improving, and keep showing up every single week.
So until that day… pull up to the gas station. That’s where the magic is happening. ❤️🔥
Thank you for believing in Keoni’s.
