One of the things we love doing at Three Girls in Connecticut is hosting our intimate Chef Dinners: beautiful multi-course plant-based Italian menus created especially for one evening.

These are two of our upcoming Connecticut dinners, The Autumn Table and An Evening in Tuscany, and we would LOVE to bring experiences like these to Charleston. ❤️

CHARLESTON UPDATE: CLOSED THIS WEEKEND FOR ROOF REPAIRS ❤️

We’re so sorry to share that Three Girls on Spring will be closed this weekend.

We discovered a serious leak in the roof of our building, and today we learned that the roof needs to be replaced. With more rain coming, unfortunately there’s simply no safe way for us to open this weekend.

The good news is that we’re hopeful the roof work will be completed early next week and that we’ll be back in the kitchen and open again next week. 🤞❤️

We’ll keep everyone posted here as we know more.

Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and continued support of our little Charleston restaurant. We can’t wait to get this roof fixed, turn the ovens back on, and welcome you back to Three Girls on Spring. 🇮🇹❤️
