July 15–16, we’re honored to welcome Chef Michelle Weaver for a two-night collaboration with Chef Daniel Humm, marking the final installment of our 2026 Guest Chef Series. The multi-course menu will reflect Chef Weaver’s refined, French-influenced approach alongside Chef Humm’s modern perspective.

A defining figure in Charleston’s culinary landscape, Chef Weaver spent 27 years at The Charleston Place, where she helped shape Charleston Grill into one of the city’s most enduring dining destinations. As one of Charleston’s first female executive chefs, her legacy is rooted in mentorship, innovation, and a deep commitment to Lowcountry ingredients.

Our fish for the Summer is a South Carolina flounder from Crosby’s, wrapped in fresh zucchini and squash, poached in dashi beurre monté, and served with grilled zucchini.

Finished with lime, Thai basil, and mint, then complemented by a broth poured table side for a bright finish.
