Masala Tadkaa is getting excited for an upcoming Earth Day market on 23rd of April 2022, where we will be serving Indian food delicacies. Along with this you can also have your hand printed with Henna Art/tattoo.

Location - The Station Park Circle, 4610 Spruill Ave, North Charleston, SC 29405
Time - 11:00 am to 3:00 pm

Below are the details for the food items.

Veg Biryani ($13) - Basmati rice prepared with Indian spices, mixed vegetables & soya chunks
Pav Bhaji ($12)- Bombay style masala thick curry served with hot burger
Veg Hakka Noodles ($12) - Indo Chinese style vegetable noodles with schezwan sauce
Chhole Kulche ($12)- Masala chickpea served with cilantro infused Indian bread
Idli Sambar ($12) - Steamed semolina cake served with vegetable lentils soup
Mango Lassi ($6) - Fresh mango blend with yogurt and milk

Samosa - Homemade patties stuffed with lightly tempered and seasoned diced potatoes & peas served with mint cilantro dip

Samosa Chaat - Filled with potato and mixed vegetables served with chickpea masala curry topped with onion

Dabeli (Masala Burger) - Burger filled with potato, onion & mix of spices served with chilly tomato garlic dip

Idli Manchurian - Savory steamed semolina cake soaked in garlic sauce

Carrot cake & Gulab Jamun fusion - Indian sweet made with milk solids, fried and dipped in sugar syrup flavored with cardamon, pistachios, rose water & saffron fusion with carrot cake

Hello everyone! Gunjan’s Masala Tadkaa will be catering a local community event on November 1st, 6:00 pm at Daniel Island Village Apartments clubhouse. We will be serving different flavors from Indian cuisine, here is the menu for the reference.

Appetizer:
* Samosa roll (Filled with potato and mix vegetables and coated with crunchy sheets served with luscious mint cilantro & tangy tomato dip)

Curries:
* Palak Tofu (Roasted tofu in fenugreek leaves with thick Indian style spinach gravy.)
* Amritsari Chhole (Chickpea with onion, tomato and spices rich delicious curry base)
* Butter garlic naan (Tandoor style garlic & cilantro flavored bread)
* Kashmiri Pulav (Basmati long grain rice with fresh green peas and whole aromatic spices)

Salad:
* Sprout Salad with fresh fruits and vegetables

Dessert:
* Coconut balls (Sweet Desert with coconut condensed milk, cream and rose petals)
