Some nights are too good to call it early.

This Charleston Wine + Food week, we invite you to join us at Sorelle on Thursday, March 6 for The Nightcap—a one-night-only celebration featuring wood-fired and Sicilian-style pizzas, shareable antipasti, and freshly spun gelato. Brews from our friends at Fatty's Beer Works and cocktails you’ll want to try (see: Truffle Martini) round out the lineup.

And for the moment you won’t want to miss? Sabatino Tartufi Truffles will be on-site, shaving the last winter truffles of the season tableside—because late nights deserve a little extra.

Two years of sunlit mornings in the mercato, late nights at the bar, and joy-filled meals in the dining room. Of housemade pastas, thoughtfully prepared dishes, and wines poured with intention. A true showstopper, baked inside a shell of fresh pasta and served with Nonna Rosa Reserve Olive Oil and Eggplant Caponata.

🍇 POLLO AL LAMBRUSCO
A Food & Wine favorite, glazed in a rich Lambrusco reduction over jammy stewed onions and grapes.
