After closing our retail coffee shops in early 2025, we now focus entirely on roasting and shipping our roasted coffee nationwide. At Bart’s Coffee Roasting Company, we’re hooked on making coffee we love—smooth, delicious, and crafted from the best beans we can find. It started back in 2018 when Bart, our founder, got fed up with coffee that didn’t do it for him. Not a fan of the usual stuff, he started roasting in his Chapin, South Carolina garage, experimenting until he hit on something special—like our O.M.G. Original roast, with its chocolate and caramel notes. What began as Bart’s personal project turned into a business, all about sharing coffee we’re proud of. Over the last four years, we ran a few coffee shops around the South Carolina Midlands—Chapin, Irmo, and Ballentine. They were more than just spots for a quick cup; they were places where folks gathered, enjoying our smooth roasts alongside espresso drinks and some tasty bites to eat. We loved those days, but life takes unexpected turns. As of early 2025, we’ve closed the coffee shops to focus on what we’re really about: roasting coffee and getting it to you. Whether you’re brewing at home or running a café, our beans—whole, ground, or in K-cups—are ready to make your day a little better. We’ve come a long way from selling bags at Soda City Market to shipping across the country through BartsCoffee.com. The coffee shops may be gone, but our roastery’s still going strong, packing flavor into every batch—like our O.M.G.
