Colombia Palestina from Palestina, Huila is well rounded with stone fruit flavors and sweet aftertaste.

Ethiopia Halo Hartume from Gedeb, Gedeo is milk chocolate and floral with bright citrus flavors and a light body.

Peru Agua Cristalina from Alta Ihuamaca, San Ignacio is well developed, roasted a bit darker but with dark chocolate, raisins and honey sweetness.

Pro Blend #25 substitutes Peru for Brazil which lightens the blend, yet keeps it well balanced and the citrus of the Ethiopia brings new highlights.
