Saul has been part of The Carolina Club family for longer than most can imagine, and we’re grateful every day for his unwavering dedication to excellence, hospitality, and teamwork.

While many members may not see Saul day to day, trust us when we say he’s the heart of this club. Every day, he thoughtfully creates our Chef’s Table buffets, combining fresh, local ingredients with cultural influences to craft unique and delicious offerings that our members enjoy.

Last night, we celebrated summer with our Reopen Party, a new tradition here at The Carolina Club! As we welcome each new season, we’ll celebrate with a fresh menu, exciting upcoming programming, and an evening to bring our members together.

This kickoff was one to remember. With a Christmas in July theme, we embraced the holiday spirit in the middle of summer. From delicious chef-crafted bites and handcrafted cocktails to festive décor and plenty of holiday cheer, it was the perfect way to celebrate the season ahead. We can’t wait to do it all again this fall!
