Today, my team and I had the honor of catering a special event for a church celebrating its 2nd anniversary. As we served, we proudly wore our Dadge’s (dad) old polos and ties in remembrance of my Dadge on the third anniversary of his passing.

Three years ago, I lost my Dadge, but his dream of owning a food truck lives on. After 22 years in healthcare, I finally took the leap—bringing his vision to life with Dadge’s Kitchen and fulfilling my own passion for event design.
