Joanne was the winner of the private charcuterie class for 10 that Oh Graze Away donated for The Social Collectives Christmas Tea silent auction. I had lots of fun instructing this bunch in making a non-pork board!

We flew into Ft. Worth to do a very special grazing table for a baby shower. I was ecstatic to shop for the fresh produce, cheese and charcuterie at Central Market. I’m loving all the local options. Lots of grocery shopping and prep today but we can’t wait for tomorrow.
