Make your choices then watch our unique flash freezing process. We accommodate special dietary needs by offering rice/soy or almond milk. At SubZero Ice Cream and Yogurt we are creating ice cream just the way you want it! Each order is made individually using a three step process:
1. Determine your desert base: ice cream, custard, yogurt, or for those with dietary needs lactose free, almond, cocon

ut,rich or soy milk.
2. Choose your flavor from over 47 options and chose as many as you would like to create your personal flavor blend.
3. Select from our large assortment of fruit and candy mix-in's. It's that easy, you can even decide if you want your ice cream frozen hard, regular or soft serve style and we will flash freeze your creation using liquid nitrogen at 321 degrees below zero. Within seconds you will be enjoying the richest and creamiest ice cream you have ever tasted because our unique flash freezing process prevents ice crystals from forming in your frozen treat. For those who have trouble deciding; we have 12 Sensations to recommend that will keep your taste buds dancing with delight. Of course, we will be happy to share with you our recommendations and personal favorites. After all, our menu choices provide over a trillion flavor combinations. Our process provides us the unique opportunity to accommodate our customers with food allergies. We would be happy to tell you about the modifications we have taken specifically in our Chanhassen store design and team member training so that we can provide everyone with special dietary needs an enjoyable experience. Our process provides us the opportunity to go mobile. We cater weddings, corporate events and birthday parties of all sizes. Making our Community better:
We give back to the community with K-12 school demonstrations. We teach students about science and enjoy ice cream at the end of the presentation. It is a science demonstration students will not forget. Students can join our reading program and be rewarded with a free kids size ice cream when they complete 20 days of reading. We also support fundraising efforts for schools and non profit organizations. Any of our Ice Creamologists can tell you more about our various offerings.

Happy Labor Day! Celebrate the end of summer with your favorite treat. Open today until 8:30 pm. Back to school /fall hours Tues-Thurs 6-8:30 pm, Friday 4-9:30, Sat 1 pm-9:30 and Sun 2 pm-8 pm. Hours change pending weather and demand. Check out current hours listed under the about tab.

Our puff corn is a hit at the Taste of Chanhassen. You still have time to join in on the fun. At our tent in City Center for only $2.00 we will freeze a cup for you and leave the fun to you. A photo opportunity for sure!

Grab and go items are available as you cool off to watch the parade. We have several to chose from in the store: freshly made ice cream sandwiches, ice cream and cake layered cupcakes or our holiday favorite a refreshing and very patriotic Red, White and Blue Italian ice. It has a layer of Raspberry, layer of Vanilla ice cream followed by another Italian ice layer of blueberry. Who says your taste buds cant celebrate Independence day?

We are excited to see everyone at The Taste of Chanhassen. Stop by July 3rd or 4th and say hello! Look for us in the parade, we will have treats and coupons to pass out! Wanting to cool off before, during or after the parade? You can visit us at the store for our full menu, or our tent at City Center will be open during the parade following the parade you can also find us at our ice cream social at Market Square in the Wells Fargo parking lot.
