Opening April 18, 2026 at 80 W Warner Rd, Chandler, AZ. Every dish is made fresh in small hourly batches ? no freezers, no microwaves, no compromises. We cook with ghee (not seed oils), and all meat is certified halal. Spice your way from Level 1 (mild) to Level 5 (authentic hot). Fan favorites include Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, Paneer Tikka Masala, Chicken Korma, Garlic Naan, and our signature Mango Lassi. Every entree is served with basmati rice. Founded by Chef Rahul Sahota, who brought his family's Punjabi recipes from a small village in Punjab, India in 2015. After years running Namaste Indian Restaurant in Scottsdale, Rahul built Tikka Drive to bring real Indian food to the drive-thru lane ? made from scratch, served in minutes. If it comes out of the tandoor burnt, it doesn’t go in a bag. It doesn’t get hidden under sauce. It goes in the trash and we make another one.

Spent the afternoon with the business club at Scottsdale Preparatory Academy. 🫵🏽
Rahul walked them through how Tikka Drive actually started, the idea nobody had tried in Arizona, the tandoors we shipped over, the parts that went sideways before any of it worked.
Smart questions from that room. If even one of them builds their thing, that made the whole trip worth it. 🤩💪🏽

Not the highlight reel, the part where you’re figuring it out, second guessing the concept, and betting on an idea nobody had tried in Arizona.
