✔️ Crunchy white onion, red pepper, banana peppers, & shredded carrot
✔️ Creamy avocado
✔️ And a homemade sauce that’s so good, it’ll have you wishing you could savor every bite forever!
Here’s my secret for plant-based pasta magic: When boiling the pasta, I added black salt to the water for that subtle eggy flavor you’d expect in a cold salad. Genius, right?!
