This isn’t goodbye forever, it’s only a goodbye for now.

You may have noticed that we are no longer in operation anymore and that is because we have made the tough decision to take our business in another direction. We sincerely appreciate your support throughout and ask that you please stay tuned for our very near future endeavors!

The redevelopment venture of 201 S Washington provided a wonderful opportunity for Adam and I to put our stamp on Downtown Chandler. We learned so much throughout the process and made many lasting and impactful relationships within our community. That was our first redevelopment project and it certainly will not be our last. Fortunately, our iconic Civic Market neon storefront sign will always remain as our official stamp on that building and on Downtown Chandler.

We want to give a big heart felt thank you to each and everyone of you who supported us through the last year. Your patronage and love was appreciated more than you will ever know. It was amazing to get to know each and everyone of you and we will miss seeing your smiling faces throughout the day! We are hoping to keep our Civic Market team together for the next round. In the meantime, stay safe out there and we will all hope to see you all again one day soon!!

Gone are the days where we can safely sit close while unmasked. While we patiently wait for our lives to return to “normal” we ask that you wear your mask while entering the building and ordering per the Mayors request. Our building is large enough to socially distance the recommended 6ft part. We have spaced out our tables accordingly. When you are unable to safely socially distance inside the building please wear your mask. We have put up a screen at the register, we continually sanitize all spaces and will continually meet you with smiling faces under our masks. Come see us this week!
