Established in 2003, Owner and Executive Chef, Sanae Otomo, with her extensive experience of traditional Japanese cuisine, has brought one-of-a-kind menu to Shimogamo. Our forté is not just sushi, but also the tastful appetizers and entreés that have been crafted by traditional Japanese cooking techniques.
