🌱 We’re excited to announce that Sunnyside Microgreens are now available through Farm 2 Farmacy! 🙌

There are microgreen growers all over the Valley, but nobody is doing what Sunnyside is doing.

As an herbalist and food forest gardener, I’m constantly looking at plants through the lens of nutrition, function, and flavor—and when I saw fenugreek sprouts as a microgreen… 🤯 Absolutely GOATED.

Many of you know Farm 2 Farmacy, but many of you don’t know me.

As our Farm 2 Farmacy community continues to grow, I’ve realized that many of you know what we do, but not necessarily who I am or why this work is so deeply personal to me.

So I wanted to introduce myself.

I’m Seher, founder of Farm 2 Farmacy.

I’m an author, herbalist, chef, food forest gardener, and lifelong student of the connection between food and health. Before Farm 2 Farmacy, I owned an herb shop and a juice bar, and for more than 15 years I’ve worked in food, wellness, and community building.

But the truth is, my passion for food as medicine wasn’t built in a business.

It was built at home.

This video was taken in 2018 of my children and I singing a song we made up in our kitchen: “What do we eat in our house? Plants!” 🌱

My children have been homeschooled their entire lives, and when they were young, our kitchen was truly the heart of our home. We cooked from scratch, explored foods from around the world, gardened, learned, laughed, and spent countless hours together around food. They did art in the kitchen while I cooked. We danced, sang, and built memories over shared meals.

The kitchen wasn’t just where meals were made.

It was where connection was made.

Those years shaped my belief that food is more than fuel… it is culture, medicine, community, and care.

These three humans fueled my fire and pushed me beyond limits I never knew I had. They inspired me to become a warrior for real food, real community, and real healing.

Farm 2 Farmacy was born from a simple belief: before we go out into the world to fulfill our purpose, we must first be nourished.

Because healthy communities begin in kitchens.

This is one concept we’re exploring as we begin the design process. 👀

Our goal isn’t just to create a sign that helps people find us—it’s to create something that truly reflects who we are and what Farm 2 Farmacy stands for:

Some customers become more than customers… they become part of the heartbeat of a small business. ❤️

We want to take a moment to shout out one of our most loyal supporters, Lerwin.

Lerwin first came into Farm 2 Farmacy shortly after we opened, looking for a simple way to take better care of himself through food. He started with a 16oz Green Machine once a week — committed to getting more greens in, lowering cholesterol, trimming down, and creating healthier habits for himself.

Over time, that commitment grew.

Now Lerwin stops in multiple times a week, joins us for yoga and Tai Chi on the weekends, upgraded himself to the 24oz Green Machine, and has started exploring new juices and even the Rainbow Salad. 🙌🌈

Watching people slowly reconnect with their health, one choice at a time, is exactly why Farm 2 Farmacy exists.
