Fresh baked croughnuts are back this weekend at Espresso Royale Cafes, available Fridays & Saturdays only while supplies last.

May’s featured flavors:

PB&J:
Our signature flaky croughnut filled with sweet raspberry and topped with rich peanut butter buttercream. A nostalgic classic, reimagined the Central Illinois Bakehouse way.

Birthday Cake:
Our original croughnut topped with sweet cake-flavored buttercream and festive sprinkles for that classic birthday cake flavor.

It’s officially the last week of our R&D Coffee Cart at the UIUC Main Library.

Take this as your sign to stop by one last time before we wrap things up for the semester. We’ve loved being part of your study sessions, coffee breaks, and long library days these past few months.

Find our R&D Lab pop-up cafe Monday-Friday from 9AM–6PM in the Northwest corner of the Orange Room. We look forward to seeing you!
