We love traveling to places never been before and learn the local culture. And what we found out is that what brings us together as people is great food cooked in a certain way with common ingredients. No matter our nationality, creed, religion or race we all love great food. So we decided to share our life experiences by opening Stango Cuisine, "Food cooked in a certain way." Something fun is happening on our patio next Tuesday!

We're teaming up with our neighbors at Stango Cuisine, the City of Champaign, and Our Upcoming Revolution's Technology for a summer patio party on Tuesday, July 28th from 6 to 8pm. DJ Liss Spirit will be spinning live, and the evening is built around good food, good neighbors, and a little Zambian culture right here on N. Walnut.

6:00pm — Welcome kick-off and shop intros
6:30pm — Zambian Culture Panel
7:00pm — Live music and social hour

Grab a voucher at the door for a free Samosa from Stango and a free cookie (Ginger Snap or Lemon Drop) from us. Stango is also offering 20% off an entree for the night, and we'll have 10% off retail here at Martinelli's.

Our kitchen closes at 7pm, but retail and the front of house stay open until 8pm, so you've got the full evening to browse, snack, and stay a while.
