📣 A Message from La Bahia Grill

Dear Champaign community,
It’s with heavy hearts that we share this news: after four wonderful years in the heart of Champaign, we’ve made the difficult decision to close La Bahia Grill — at least for now.

👉 Our last day of service will be Sunday, June 29.

While this is not goodbye forever, it is the end of a beautiful chapter filled with food, friendship, and community. Our hope is to find a new opportunity to serve you again in the future — somewhere we can continue to celebrate together.

🏢 The building at 132 W Church St. Champaign, IL is now available for rent. If you or someone you know is looking for a restaurant space filled with character, warmth, and a rich history, please reach out — this place truly holds a piece of our hearts.

From the bottom of our hearts, we want to say THANK YOU — for choosing us, for cheering us on, for letting us become a small but meaningful part of your routines. Whether you came in just once or became a regular, you made La Bahia Grill feel less like a restaurant and more like a family.

To our loyal friends and neighbors — your kindness, generosity, and support kept us going. We carry those stories with us, and we’re proud to have been a thread in the rich fabric of this community.

While we’re closing this chapter, we’re not closing the book. We’ll keep you updated on our future plans through social media and our website, and we hope we’ll be able to serve you again soon in a new space filled with love, flavor, and friendship.
