IT’S HOT OUT BUT OUR SAUCES ARE HOTTER

Returning for an exclusive 2 hour event RIGHT NOW in front of I’m sweatin and slingin sauce to support the awesome work of .il.yfc because we luuuuuv our local farmers!

From the cellar come two rare local sauce varieties today: one featuring .mushrooms and bourbon and some local super spicy bois. The other is loaded with mustard greens and unripe local spicy bois to keep it green and fresh. Also available is space sauce and nothing sauce.

Come see me, buy some sauce, support your local foodways, and then hit up for locally sourced beef, salad, pasta and more. We do a lot of local sourcing at The Space. There’s also air conditioning there. At least there was when I left to come setup here. Here’s hoping it’s working when I get done.

OUR ANNIVERSARY PARTY STARTS TODAY!

To celebrate our rad friends playing tonight we are running The Nectar Sando: a fried vegan “chicken” patty tossed in housemade honey mustard (with mustard duh) and vadouvan slaw on a pretzel bun. It’s sweet and tangy and awesome. But not more awesome than seeing Nectar live, so come out and hang with us!
