Welcome to a special Cinco de Mayo edition of Friday at Triptych Brewing. We're super stoked to the Maize Mexican Grill food truck here from 4pm to 8pm. We're also welcoming back FIESTA FOREVER to our line up, available on draft and in cans to go.
FIESTA FOREVER
Brewed following the fairly recent tradition of lager in Mexico (think 1890s+). Imported Pilsner and Vienna malt with just a tiny wisp of flaked maize for a hint of crispy sweetness in the finish. Domestic Saaz hops contribute spicy herbal notes in a dry, toasty backdrop of quaff-ability. Sometimes beer is just beer. 30 seconds of pleasure tucked into an evening of celebration. Fiesta Forever is one of those beers. 5% alcohol by volume.
