This month we challenged Hendrick House kitchen employees (all Betsy's Bistros, HH kitchen, and Betsy's Bistro Catering) to make creative and inventive dishes using strawberries 🍓
The winners (without any doubt) are Betsy's Bistro at the Fields!
They made so many dishes but the house made Strawberry Mostarda (a sweet, tangy, mustardy jam) takes the cake!
Congrats BB at the fields!

Thanks to Parkland Student Life for hosting the awesome Fair on Wednesday!
During the fair we had delicious churros 😋!
Sorry if you missed them.
The one pictured has some yummy strawberry jam and powdered sugar (a different variation of the traditional cinnamon sugar) 🍓!

Betsy's Bistro is offering free nachos, free churros, and other tasty treats!😋
Shout out to Judy Smith for adding extra cinnamon sugar to the churros and serving em up right!
Thanks Parkland! 🎡

Yesterday was the Sustainability Fair at Parkland College. There were lots of great booths there:
-Parkland College Student Life
-Parkland College Learning Commons/Library
-Parkland College Agriculture Dept.
-City of Champaign
-Hendrick House/Betsy's Bistro (that's us!)
Lots of students, and faculty came through to learn about the various sustainability efforts we all are taking!
