We are incredibly grateful for the amazing support we’ve been receiving lately! We’ve had some wonderful crowds and even lines out the door, and seeing so many of you walk through our doors means the world to us.
With our patio currently closed, we’re working with limited indoor seating, which means we simply can’t accommodate everyone during our busiest times.
We prepare our food fresh each day and plan ahead as much as possible. We want to make sure we have enough food and that our kitchen is prepared to take care of as many guests possible. Unfortunately, when we reach capacity, we may not be able to accommodate additional walk-ins.
👉 If you’re planning to dine with us, we highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time.
And one more thing—we kindly ask for a little patience and understanding with our small crew. Our team is working as quickly as possible to take care of as many guests as we can while still providing the food and service we’re proud of. We truly appreciate how hard they’re working!

When we reach capacity and unfortunately can’t seat someone, we’d love to be able to point them toward another local restaurant that may be able to accommodate them. We want everyone to have a great experience in Chama, even if we aren’t able to be the ones who serve them that day.
We absolutely love seeing our dining room full, and we are so incredibly thankful for every person who chooses to spend their time with us.
