We would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to each and every person that has supported us at Southern Comfort BBQ these last few years, whether you came and bought food from us or shared our posts - locals, visitors and even family and friends near and far, we cannot express how much its all meant to us.

We would especially like to say a HUGE thank you to Ricky and Latryl Sehon for being so kind and gracious in allowing us to set up and sell our Texas BBQ at their beautiful RV Park, Little Creel Chama NM. Words cannot express what it has meant to us but beyond the hospitality you've provided to us we have formed a lifelong bond and friendship that has become FAMILY!

Even though we are selling our BBQ trailer we aren't leaving Chama! We have some new and exciting plans for the future!

We are selling our BBQ trailer so your LAST CHANCE EVER to get Authentic Texas BBQ from Southern Comfort BBQ will be this week Thursday thru Sunday (August 7-10) at Gallegos Park in Chama during the Chama Days Celebration!
To end it off with a bang, in addition to our BBQ options we will have Smoked turkey legs, Corn dogs, fried pickles, fried mushrooms, cheese Stix, French fries, funnel cakes, and deep fried cookies!
