Junto BYOB

Junto BYOB Chef MacGregor Mann showcases his brand of cuisine inspired by local traditions

Junto is a Modern Farmhouse BYOB showcasing food grown and produced in the Tri-State Area, and especially the fertile Brandywine Valley. Named for the historical society founded by Benjamin Franklin in 1727, the word Junto is derived from the Latin word "jungere" meaning "to join". The members of the society were gathered together by Franklin from a wide array of occupations and backgrounds in the

spirit of the inquiry of truth and the desire to improve themselves and their surrounding community. These desires and values inspired Owner and Head Chef, MacGregor Mann to focus on conservation, preservation, and sustainability while providing an extraordinarily historical, yet contemporary culinary experience. The cuisine at Junto exhibits influences from the Lenni Lenape and Susquehannock Native Americans, as well as the Swiss and German settlers of Pennsylvania. Refined Old World recipes, Native American preservation and pickling techniques, and generations worth of skills passed down through Chef Mann's Pennsylvania roots have fused beautifully with the cutting edge techniques and international influences of his talented team to provide you with an experience showcasing local artisans and fresh native ingredients in a truly modern farmhouse meal.
