⚓️💛 THREE YEARS IN A ROW! 💛⚓️

We are incredibly grateful to share that we have been honored with the Golden Anchor Award for Favorite Business Owner AND Biggest Heart — for the third year in a row! 🥹❤️

Awards like these mean so much because they reflect something bigger than business — they reflect relationships, community, service, and the people who continue to believe in us.

To every client who has trusted Humble Hearts to be part of your celebrations and special moments…

To every staff member, past and present, who has worked beside us, served with us, grown with us, and helped carry the vision…

And to every community member who has supported us, encouraged us, shared our name, showed up, volunteered, partnered with us, or simply cheered us on…

THANK YOU!!!!

Humble Hearts would not be who we are today without each of you.

Eight years into this journey, we continue to learn that having a “big heart” isn't just about what we give — it's about the incredible people who pour back into us, too.

To receive both of these honors for three consecutive years is something we will never take for granted.

From our hearts to yours, thank you for continuing to choose, support, and grow with Humble Hearts. 💛

Here’s to continuing to serve good food, love people well, and make a difference right here in our community. 🌱🍽️❤️

With a Humble Heart, always. 💛

💛 THANK YOU, COMMUNITY! 💛

Our hearts are full!

Humble Hearts would like to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who came out, purchased a meal, donated, volunteered, shared our posts, and showed love for our Community Dinner Fundraiser.

Together, we raised $1,000 to support Blank Canvas’s pilot Shore Roots Program! 🌱

Shore Roots is about giving local students the opportunity to LEARN, GROW & SERVE through hands-on experiences in food, agriculture, leadership, workforce readiness, and community connection. Every dollar raised helps us turn that vision into real experiences for our students.

A very special thank you to our community partners and supporters who helped make the evening possible:

🌽 Mason Farms Produce
🌸 Wildly Native Flower Farm
🧁 A Sprinkle of Magic - Cupcakes & More
🏡 Ruthsburg Community Center
❤️ And the many individuals, volunteers, customers, friends, and community members who contributed their time, resources, purchases, and encouragement.

This is what community looks like—people bringing their gifts to the table so we can create opportunities for the next generation.

From all of us at Humble Hearts, thank you for believing in the work of Blank Canvas and helping us plant the first seeds of Shore Roots.

🌱 $1,000 raised. Five students. One pilot program. A whole lot of community behind them.

LEARN. GROW. SERVE.
Here’s to growing something meaningful together. 💛

Tears, sobbing, and devastation... That was my reaction when I pitched my idea for the first time in 2024. I was completely falling over my words and got stuck like a deer in the headlights, trying to remember my one-minute pitch. After that, I vowed I would NEVER do that again...

Fast forward to 2026, more mature and more resolved in my mission to bring farm, food, and hospitality together. Settled in my mission to build connections, gathering spaces, and bring a shared responsibility for caring for one another back to the forefront of our communities through food, I signed up for the Start1Up Md roadshow. And guess what.... I WON FIRST PLACE!

Thank you to every mentor from CatalystQ and Shelly Gross Wade, Queen Anne's County Economic Development, Nancy LaJoice, Scott Hines, Upper Shore Regional Council, Startup Maryland ,Washington College, and my fellow pitchers. Most importantly, to my team and everyone who has heard my vision and believed in it with me. The Lord is faithful, and my heart is full!
