Kinda like pizza, we top our sourdough with housemade pesto (nut free) loaded with parm and local tomatos. They we top them with house smoked mozz and Rogue Creamery Touvelle Cheddar Cheese. Yum. Perfect for lunch or dinner with a salad. We found some more tomatos so this is the last week for sure!
