About the Owner— Hi there, I am Cosmo Fragomeni a 100% Italian and my entire family is well known for fine Italian Cuisine. I always admired cooking and have a great passion for it I always like to learn different techniques of cooking and have always been watching my mother since I was a little boy and learned how to make sauce pasta and other special dishes as well. All my cousins used to work in restaurants in Connecticut and I have been cooking since I was 12 years old always observing and asking questions to be able to learn as my dream was to one day open my own restaurant and here, I am with a promise to always put great food on the table with the most amazing taste and visual treat. What will make the Restaurant Different— what will make the restaurant distinct is our food and our special care to customer likings and service. We aim to see everybody with a happy smiling face when they leave our restaurant. We prepare fresh food every day for every order. We have specialization in grilled pizza as we have been preparing this dish for the past nine years a refining it every day as per the feedback of our valued customers the pizza that has become a favorite one is the grilled salad pizza; we also prepare the margarita and more and assure you that you will not be disappointed that’s a guaranteed fact!! Our vision — Our vision is to serve the best taste on your table and be a synonym for tasty Italian food. We believe in life-long learning and achieving milestones every day. We are well known in the area and we still keep on learning something new every day in our efforts to improve our dining experience and cater to our customers happiness. Our working hours, for now, will be Monday through Wednesday from 11 to 9 Thursday through Saturday from 11 to 10 and Sunday from 11 to 9 hours which will change further down the road. Our Special Dishes—We have a wide variety of scrumptious finger licking dishes. Our special dishes are Penny, I Lavaca calamari fried Diablo fettuccine, Alfredo, with grilled shrimp grilled filet mignon served with homemade mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables homemade garlic knots
