Three guys open a brewery......

We have been brewing beer together for 9+ years and decided a few years ago that we should open a brewery. It took us a while, but we finally did it. In 2018 we started the process by writing our business plan. Our plan was to open in the great little town that we live in Central City. We all love the town and want to see more businesses in it. In 2019, we leased a building and started renovations in the Fall. Opening day was to be before Memorial weekend. Due to COVID-19 that day changed, twice. The second opening day was supposed to be June 26th. Again, due to COVID-19, that got changed to July 10th. We finally opened! We brew new beers and develop new pizza every week. Our menu and taps are every changing. Don't worry, we will bring back some of the favorites, we just won’t have the same beer on all the time. Down the road that may change but for now you can expect to try new beers every week. Thank you to Central City for all of your support. It is a great Community and we enjoy it everyday. Come down and check the place out.
