Now that we have done the soft opening and completed a few larger orders, we want to hear from those that have had our pizza- the good and bad. We used this time and the orders to learn and work on things.

People have different tastes and what one person prefers may not match the next so we will take any feedback accordingly and how majority feels. We have had SO much positive feedback and wonderful compliments so far. Thank you for that!! If you want to comment on this post that is fine, or if you would rather send a message that's great too. I want to know what you thought of the crust, sauce, toppings, cheese, and if you thought there was enough on it or too much of something. I am feeling quite vulnerable here, but we can't improve if we don't know. Again, I'm asking for CONSTRUCTIVE feedback, or if you loved it like we've been hearing that's great too!!

Breakfast pizza anyone? We will be doing breakfast pizzas Sunday morning, both our Omelet Breakfast or Country Breakfast pizzas! Choose which one, which size, and which crust. Available starting at 10am! Limited availability so when we're out, that's all til July 2!

Omelet- Cheese sauce, sausage, Canadian bacon, bacon, peppers, onion, eggs, cheese.

Country- Sausage gravy, sausage, bacon, eggs, cheese.

LONG POST ALERT
Thank you for all of the patience as we have been preparing to open the new business. I know there are SO many of you that are excited for us to be open. There is a lot of thought and little pieces that go into it that many don't realize, as well as we have had personal things going on at the same time. This may have taken longer than planned, but if you know me, you know that I will not open until all of those pieces are in place, and our product is at the quality I am happy with- I may or may not have fairly high standards and overthink some times😉

That all being said, we are ready to announce our opening date!! The Main Slice will be OPENING THURSDAY, JULY 2!! The days and hours will be listed below. Depending on demand, as we get up and going, those might change. NOTE- THE MAIN SLICE IS NOT OPEN THE SAME DAYS/HOURS AS PARLOR ON MAIN NEXT DOOR!! Feel free to check out our website to see the menu details. We do have things in the works for cauliflower crust, a pizza of the month, and other things in the works that might not be implemented on opening date. PLEASE BE PATIENT AND KIND AS WE GET OPEN AND NEW PEOPLE ARE TRAINING. This will be a learning curve for everyone, but we are excited to get opened!!

Things have been a little quiet on here lately, and I apologize for that. Trying to run a business, preparing to open another, and getting ready for your baby girl to graduate high school all at the same time is NOT for the faint of hearts😆

I know many of you are excited for us to be up and going, and so are we. Things are coming along great. We do not have a set date yet, but it will be sometime in June! Thanks for being patient with us!!
