NEW COFFEE ALERT! We've got a lot of unroasted coffee in our roastery, including some new coffees! Introducing our Colombian Tolima Clásico. We love it for its classic coffee flavors—chocolate, brown sugar, walnut, with a hint of banana on the nose and a dried cherry finish. It’s a medium roast that almost cups like a dark roast, but it has sweeter notes than a typical dark roast. It's on drip so give it a try next time you're in the shop. And this will soon be available on our website for our non-local friends. (Most of the bags in this photo are 150lbs!)
