All of my ingredients are premium right down to the salt that I use. I am very picky about every little thing that goes into each recipe. I believe that outstanding ingredients yield outstanding results. They do not use harsh chemicals in the production of their flours and they are minimally processed. A few items that I make automatically contain or

ganic ingredients such as carrots in carrot cake and in general any items containing strawberries or potatoes. Most any item I make can be made fully organic. PLEASE NOTE: 72 hour notice is appreciated for all orders.
