Six New York City firefighters came by to support our 9/11 Day of Giving. They were on their way to The Fallen Fire Fighter Memorial in Colorado Springs as one of their fallen firefighters was being honored. Thank you guys for coming to Big Bills!

Dr. Big Bill is in the house! So this happened on 9/11: the good people at The Denver Institute of Urban Studies and Adult College bestowed Big Bill with an Honorary Doctorate in Humanitarianism for his contributions to making the world better. Dr. H. Malcolm Newton presented Bill with his Doctorate degree, along with Dr. Moses Brewer, Dr. Thomas Lockhart and Dr. Joe Blackman. What a great moment for the Ficke family who were all there to witness the ceremony. To say we are proud of "Dr. Big Bill" is quite an understatement!
