Mini Moos Tea Shop is currently hiring incoming freshmen and 15-year-olds looking for their first job! If you’re friendly, responsible, and love working in a fun, fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

⚠️ This is NOT a summer-only position — we are looking for team members who can stay long-term.

💛 About the Role:We’re hiring a friendly, detail-oriented Barista to craft iced drinks, blended creations, and specialty teas while providing amazing customer service. You’ll help guests discover new favorites, promote featured drinks, and be part of a welcoming, family-like environment.

✨ Responsibilities include:• Making iced, blended, and tea-based drinks• Providing warm, welcoming customer service• Promoting featured drinks and making recommendations• Taking orders using our POS system• Keeping the shop clean, stocked, and organized• Working as a team in a positive environment

🌟 Requirements:• Must be able to work 15–30 hours per week• Hourly pay + tips• In-person position (no remote work)
