It’s great to have Nicholai Elkins in the house this weekend. He was a key piece of starting our roasting journey 5 years ago and wrote our barista training manual. We are super excited that Nicholai will be moving back this fall.

Nicholai, Ron and Matthew are roasting on Dolores and preparing different master classes that will be available this fall for you to learn more about the world of coffee.
