Dale Hollow 1-Stop BBQ was established in 2003 and have just recently moved to a larger building in order to better serve our customers. We first entered the BBQ world back in 1985 when we bought an existing business, recipes & know how from someone that had been serving up great tasting BBQ for 30 years. He taught us how to make BBQ the old fashioned way and we still follow his original recipes a

nd methods today. We strive to provide top quality by using the freshest ingredients and making everything we can in house. Try our sliced pork shoulder, shredded pork or chicken with some homemade baked beans, slaw & potato salad any day of the week. Don't miss out on our Saturday special ... Due to more demand than we could cook, we are having to close at 6pm tonight July 4th. We are very sorry for any inconvenience.

One of our employees has tested positive for covid. We will be closed the 7th and 8th to give us a chance to see if it spread to any of our other employees. If it hasn't then we will be back open Thursday the 9th.

It saddens us greatly to have to say that the BBQ is going to have to be closed due to staffing issues caused by covid cases. Our staff is getting tested and once everything is clear we are going to be open as many days as we can manage with the limited resources we currently have. Once we have a better idea of of our capabilities we will post which days and hours we will be open.
