It’s Goin Down!! We are excited to be attending 18th Annual Toyota Jamboree this Friday evening in Gilmer,TX!! We will be serving our famous Shorty’s Street Corn 🌽 and TUPPS Brewery Salted Lime 🍺 for FREE courtesy of our big brother Complete Customs!! So come hang out with us and check out the badass Toyota USA vehicles that CC will have on display in their booth!!

The 7th Annual was a HUGE success yesterday at ! We would like to think Natalia & Jake for putting on such a great event! We would also like to think our good friend Keith and his amazing Tupps TEAM for hosting this amazing event! We can’t wait for the 8th Annual at the new location! Our vision 3 + years ago when we started Shorty’s was to attend car shows like this with our buddies to help promote local business and share our passion for TACOS and badass custom vehicles!! ‼️SHARE, SHARE, SHARE‼️We will be at TUPPS Brewery this Saturday from 10AM - 4PM for the 7th Annual Ratrodtober Car & Bike Show!! What better way to spend a Saturday than with TACOS, CUSTOM VEHICLES & COLD BEER!! Our buddies from Complete Customs will also have a booth setup and will be displaying a couple of their classic vehicles!! We hope to see everyone there!!

Like old times hitting up the Restaurant Depot for some ingredients for this Friday!! We will be at Longo Toyota of Prosper this Friday September 1st from 5-8pm or until sold out!! Come hang out and see all the badass Toyota USA & Lexus vehicles and eat some TACOS!! We are SO PUMPED for the COMEBACK!!

Hello everyone!! It’s been a while, it’s actually been exactly 1 year to the month since we shut down the trailer!! Well we have some exciting news that we can’t wait to share with everyone!! Let’s just say tonight we did some reminiscing with a few of our key ingredient’s!! We will be sharing more information next week about our return on September 1st!! It’s going to be a fun with our friends !! Let’s GOOO!!

‼️IMPORTANT POST‼️First off we would like to say THANK YOU to all of our patrons that we have served over the past couple of years! It’s all of you that turned a crazy “COVID” idea into something special! When we started Shorty’s it was part of a TV show that we were filming at the time. We never thought it would turn into a full time business! But the response was so amazing so we gave it a shot! We as a TEAM have learned a lot, and let me tell you from experience, the food industry is TOUGH! Especially doing it from a trailer! We have had some amazing individuals put their heart and soul into Shorty’s while working on that trailer! We will always be grateful for each one of you!

So, here’s the skinny on what the future holds for Shorty’s! We have decided to push pause on Shorty’s until further notice. The trailer will be going under construction, she has been working hard for a while and needs some TLC! We will also be looking at revamping our menu and system to ensure Shorty’s is always serving the best TACOS in North Texas!

SO THIS IS NOT GOODBYE BUT MORE LIKE SEE YOU LATER! We will keep everyone updated as things develop!
